As one of the special events celebrating our 25th anniversary, this year’s MIDNIGHT SONIC features a collaboration with Diesel! The underground music culture that Diesel has nurtured alongside club scenes around the world, along with its experimental party spirit, will take over the late-night hours at SUMMER SONIC. Detroit’s maverick DANNY BROWN, who continues to shake up the global hip-hop scene with his one-of-a-kind flow and cutting-edge sound, and UK-based rising artist/DJ sim0ne, and DJ/producer A-TRAK—who became the youngest-ever DMC World Champion at age 15 and continues to lead the scene as head of the Fool’s Gold label—are just a few of the up-and-coming artists from Japan and abroad, handpicked by Diesel’s discerning eye, who will gather for this event.

Tickets exclusively for MIDNIGHT SONIC DIESEL TAKEOVER go on sale Saturday, the 27th, at 10:00 AM.
Additionally, SUMMER SONIC Tokyo admission tickets (3-Day Tickets, 1-Day Tickets for Saturday, August 15, and Sunday, August 16, and Platinum Tickets) also grant access to MIDNIGHT SONIC, so if you have one of these tickets, be sure to enjoy SUMMER SONIC to the fullest until morning!
