All lost and found items are collected at the SONIC Stage Information Desk. If it is the day of the event, please inquire directly at the Information Desk.

＜After the Event: August 17 Onward＞
Items found within the venue will be held at the Expo ’70 Commemorative Park Security Office for the following periods, depending on the type of item.
After the storage period (1 week) ends, items will be handed over to the Suita Police Station.

*With the exception of the valuables listed below, lost items will generally be disposed of after the end of each day’s performance for hygiene and storage reasons. If you realize you have left something behind, please contact us on the same day if possible.

・Cash, wallets, credit cards, and other monetary or payment-related items
・Identification documents such as driver’s licenses, My Number Cards, and passports, as well as important documents
・Electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets
・Keys and personal seals
