Lost and found items are collected at the information desks. If you are visiting on the day of the performance, please inquire directly at the information desk.
There are three information desks: one in the Beach Area, one in the Marine Area, and one at Makuhari Messe.

Marine & Beach Areas: Chiba West Police Station 043-277-0110 (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM starting Wednesday, August 19)
Messe: Makuhari Messe General Management Center 043-296-0531 (24-hour service starting Monday, August 17)
*If you have lost valuables such as credit cards, driver’s licenses, or other important items, we recommend that you contact the police and the relevant financial institutions immediately.
*For hygiene reasons, used towels, T-shirts, and other items will be disposed of after the performance ends. Thank you for your understanding.
