●Location: Makuhari Messe (indoor stall)
・Form of stall: Booth (to be prepared by the secretariat)
・Period: August 15 (Fri.) - 17 (Sun.), 2025
・Delivery date: August 14, 2025 (Thursday)
・Basic facilities
1. Tent: 1 tent (width 4,000 mm x depth 3,400 mm)
2. Plastic tables: 2 (W1,800mm x D500mm x H700mm)
3. pipe chairs: 2
4. gas piping: 2 outlets (*city gas only)
5. power supply: 100V 1500w x 2 circuits (2 outlets)
6. Lighting in tent (fluorescent light), signboard illumination
7. Signboard frame frame
8. Water supply: Sinks for shared use

●Location: Outside of ZOZOMarine Stadium (outdoor stall)
・Form of stall: Catering car stall + tent
*Tents will be provided by the secretariat or brought in by each participant depending on the location of the stall.
・Period: August 16 (Sat.) - 17 (Sun.), 2025
・Delivery date: August 15, 2025 (Fri.)
・Basic facilities
1. Power supply: 100V 1500w x 1 circuit (2 outlets)
2. Water supply: Sink for shared use

【Application Requirements】
・Applicants must be currently operating a restaurant or catering car business.
・Only the applicant (or the representative of the applicant in the case of a corporation) is eligible to apply. No joint stalls or subleasing of stalls with other stores are allowed.
・A qualified food sanitation supervisor must be on site at the time of opening the stall.
・No corporation or individual will be allowed to open a stall if they have ever been subjected to a violation of the Food Sanitation Law or any other law based on the Food Sanitation Law.
・All food stalls must have liability insurance for the restaurant business.
・When opening a stall, you must abide by the rules and regulations provided by the secretariat.
・Those who belong to or are related to organized crime groups, general assemblymen, or other antisocial forces are strictly prohibited.

【Notes】
・Attendance at the food and beverage stall briefing is mandatory.
Briefing session will be held on July 10 (Thu.) at Shibuya, Tokyo.
・We are introducing cashless payment system. Details will be explained at the briefing session for food and beverage stalls.
・The location of stalls will be designated by the secretariat. Please understand that the location of the stalls will be designated by the secretariat.
・Only food and beverage items will be sold at the stalls. No goods sales or food tasting are allowed.
・Only products that have been submitted in advance may be sold. In addition, some items may not be sold due to the guidance of the public health center.
*Raw food cannot be sold.
・Only those who pass the preliminary screening will be notified of the stall fee and other details.

■Soni-Meshi (sonicfood)  Briefing for food and beverage vendors: Thursday, July 10

*Applications will only be accepted for the Tokyo venue.
