Please explain the admission process for Morning First Numbered Tickets.

At the Osaka venue, the process is as follows.

[About Morning First Numbered Tickets]
・All Morning First Numbered Tickets are electronic tickets.
・Please download your ticket in advance.

[Wristband Exchange]
・Wristband exchange and admission are available only at the East Gate of Expo '70 Commemorative Park.
・Starting at 8:30 a.m. (scheduled) on the ticket’s valid date, wristband exchange will begin for guests with first-thing-in-the-morning numbered tickets—both Platinum and General tickets—at the wristband exchange counter near the park’s East Gate.
・Wristband exchange is not conducted in order of numbered ticket sequence.
　
[Meeting Point]
・Please gather at the designated meeting points near each stage by 9:30 a.m.
・After 9:30 a.m., please do not leave the entry line.
・Please check the map below for details on the meeting points.

　
[Stage Admission]
・Starting at 9:45, we will begin calling out the numbers on the Morning First Numbered Tickets at the designated gathering spots near each stage.
・Admission to the stage areas will begin around 10:00, in order of ticket number.
・Depending on crowd conditions on the day of the event, the admission start time may be moved up.

Guests using the first-of-the-day numbered tickets must proceed on their own to the designated meeting points for each stage after exchanging their tickets for wristbands.
　
*Times are subject to change depending on weather, crowd conditions, stage setup, and other factors.
*There is no need to wait in line late at night or early in the morning. Please arrive at the East Gate of Expo '70 Commemorative Park around 8:30 a.m. Behavior that causes a nuisance to the neighborhood is strictly prohibited.

How does the admission order differ depending on whether or not you have a Morning First Numbered Ticket?

The order of admission to the stage area is as follows.
　
① Guests with Morning First Numbered Tickets will be admitted in order of their ticket numbers.
② After all guests with Morning First Numbered Tickets have been admitted, guests without these tickets will be admitted.

I have a 1-Day Ticket and the Morning First Numbered Ticket with number 1. A friend of mine has a Platinum Ticket and the Morning First Numbered Ticket with number 10. Which of us will be admitted first?

The guest with the Morning First Numbered Ticket bearing number 1 will be admitted first.

Regardless of ticket type (1-Day Ticket / Platinum Ticket), guests will be admitted in the order of their Morning First Numbered Ticket numbers.

Please note that while Platinum Tickets do not include priority admission, we have designated areas available depending on the stage.

If I have a Morning Numbered Ticket, am I guaranteed a spot in the front row?

Morning Numbered Tickets do not guarantee a spot in the front row.
Additionally, the ticket number determines the order of entry into the stage area; it does not specify your standing position within the stage area.

Is it okay to save a spot?

Disruptive behavior, such as leaving belongings behind to save a spot, is prohibited.
Abandoned belongings will be promptly removed and treated as lost property.
We ask for your cooperation to ensure that other guests can enjoy a comfortable experience.

I have a 3-Day Ticket and a Morning First Numbered Ticket. Is the ticket number valid for all three days?

No, it is not valid. Morning First Numbered Tickets are sold for specific dates only. If you have a 3-Day Ticket and wish to use it for all three days, please purchase a Morning First Numbered Ticket for each day.

Can I enter SUMMER SONIC with just the Morning First Numbered Tickets?

No, you cannot. You’ll need either a 1-Day Ticket, Platinum Ticket, 3-Day Ticket, or Platinum 3-Day Ticket.

Are they still valid after the venue opens?

Once the designated meeting time has passed and the call for numbered tickets has begun, your right to priority admission with a Morning First Numbered Ticket may become invalid.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

When can I apply for the Morning First Numbered Tickets?

Are there any eligibility requirements for applying for Morning First Numbered Tickets?

This offer is available to customers who purchased either a Platinum Ticket, a 1-Day Ticket, a 3-Day Ticket, or a Platinum 3-Day Ticket during the Creativeman Member Pre-sale or the Official Pre-sale.
For the additional sale (second round), customers who purchased tickets after the general sale began (excluding ticket trades) are also eligible.
Please note that applications from overseas are not accepted.

Is registration on a first-come, first-served basis, or by lottery?

It will be by lottery.

Will the purchaser’s name be verified?

Upon entry, we may verify the purchaser’s name for Morning First Numbered Tickets.
Please bring a photo ID.
If you do not have one, please make sure to obtain one by the day of the performance.

Can I apply from overseas?

Since this program is intended for residents of Japan, you cannot apply.

If I want to enter with my child, do I need a Morning First Numbered Ticket for my child as well?

Just like admission tickets, elementary school students and older must have a Morning First Numbered Ticket.

Preschoolers may accompany one guardian for free per Morning First Numbered Ticket held by that guardian.

Please note that for safety reasons, preschoolers are not permitted in the front area.

I have a Morning First Numbered Tickets. Do I need to exchange it for a wristband in advance?

Yes. You must have a wristband to enter Expo '70 Commemorative Park.

If you have a Morning First Numbered Tickets, please exchange it for a wristband in advance at the wristband exchange counter near the East Gate.

I want to buy some merchandise before heading to the waiting area—will I have enough time?

No, you won’t have enough time.
Guests using the Morning First Numbered Tickets must gather at the designated meeting points near each stage by 9:30 a.m.
Please purchase merchandise after you’ve entered the stage area.

Are these eligible for resale?

Morning First Numbered Tickets are not eligible for resale.

Is the priority for admission different between the first registration period and the additional second registration period (additional ticket sales)?

We will give priority to customers who were selected during the first registration period.

Are there coin lockers or a coat check (luggage storage)?

You can use the special coin lockers set up inside the venue.
Operating hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (tentative).
