Warning about Ticket Resale Brokerage Sites

We cannot guarantee admission for customers who purchase tickets through other than authorized sales channels such as Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, and StubHub.

About Tickets

No one under 20 years old will be admitted to this festival.

There will be an ID check upon entry. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with your date of birth.
If you do not bring it, you will be denied entry.

Only one person is admitted per ticket.

Tickets are valid only for the performance dates and venues indicated on the ticket.

Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if such an act is discovered. Please exchange your ticket for a wristband to enter the venue.

Damaged or lost wristbands will not be reissued for any reason.

If you do not wear your wristband, you will be asked to leave the venue. Please treat your wristband with care and do not remove it until the end of the festival.

If an unauthorized entrance is discovered, the visitor will be asked to leave the venue regardless of the reason. In addition, you will be turned over to the police and compensation for damages will be demanded.

Please note that due to the festival nature of this performance, the performers are subject to change. Please note that tickets will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to changes in performers, cancellations, changes in performance dates or stages, or your own personal circumstances.

In the unlikely event of a refund, only the ticket price will be refunded and not the sales administration fee including the ticket charge. We ask for your understanding and cooperation before purchasing tickets.

No re-entry will be allowed.

Prohibited Items

No video cameras, professional filming equipment, telephoto lenses, recording equipment, or action cameras will be allowed.

Umbrellas, cooler boxes, chairs, mats, bottles, cans, selfie sticks, animals (except nursing dogs), fireworks and other explosives, other dangerous items, and items prohibited by law are strictly prohibited. In the event that any of these items are found to be brought into the venue, the police will be notified immediately.

You may bring in plastic bottles, but only "water and soft drink" bottles are allowed in front of the stage area. Please do not throw bottles onto the stage, as this is dangerous. Please use the designated areas for eating and drinking in accordance with the festival's infection control measures.

Please note that any items deemed dangerous by the staff will be prohibited.

Prohibited acts inside and outside the venue

Waiting outside or inside the festival venue (including all-nighters) is prohibited. Waiting to enter or leave the festival site or surrounding public spaces, chasing after others, or sitting on the streets around the festival site are not only dangerous for the artists and the public, but may also cause accidents and trouble involving the general public. Please do not engage in such activities. Any accidents or incidents caused by these acts must be resolved by the parties concerned. The artists, organizers, and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur as a result of these acts. In the event of malicious behavior, you may be denied entry to the performance venue, and you may be turned over to the police.

Those who disturb other patrons inside or outside the venue or who do not follow the instructions of the staff will be forcibly removed from the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded. In the event of an accident, incident, injury, etc. inside or outside the venue, the problem will be resolved between the parties concerned. The organizer will not be involved in any discussion or resolution of any problems between customers.

Photography with camera phones and compact digital cameras (professional-grade filming equipment, action cameras, etc. are prohibited) is permitted in the venue, but please refrain from filming, recording, or distributing the video of the artists.

Diving, moshing, and other dangerous acts are strictly prohibited. Although the organizers will do their utmost to prevent such acts, please understand that the organizers, venue, and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that may occur as a result of diving, moshing, or other such acts.

Members of organized crime groups, members of other antisocial groups, drunken people, and people who do not fit the atmosphere of the festival are strictly prohibited from entering the festival grounds.

Official merchandise and artist merchandise sold at the venue will not be exchanged or returned except for defective items.

General parking is available in the vicinity of the venue, but is limited. Please use public transportation. Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited for those coming by car.

Please refrain from illegal parking and any activities that may cause inconvenience to neighboring residents.

Please be sure to separate trash and dispose of it in the trash.

Please be sure to use the smoking area when smoking. (including electronic cigarettes)

The use of lighters and matches is strictly prohibited outside of the smoking area.

Please do not stay overnight in the vicinity of the venue.

Others

Entrance to each stage may be restricted due to congestion.

Please be aware that you are responsible for your own baggage.

This is a long festival. Please take care of your own health by wearing clothes that can cope with the temperature in the festival site and by staying hydrated.

Please do not damage any plants, trees, or facilities in or near the venue, and please do not enter any off-limits areas demarcated by ropes or fences.

No compensation will be provided for travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees) in the event of cancellation or delay of the Festival.

Cameras will be in the festival venue to record video and take photographs, and the appearance of visitors to the festival may be reflected in the media and product images. Please be aware that the recorded images and photos may be used for merchandising and promotional purposes.

We will comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and related laws and regulations when handling the personal information of customers who apply for tickets.

All customer information received at the time of ticket application will belong to the organizer.
