The fifth additional line-up for the summer festival SUMMER SONIC, which will be held at two venues in Tokyo and Osaka, has been announced.
Artists from Japan and abroad with a variety of appeal have been confirmed to perform at the festival.

Newly confirmed to perform on both 17(Sat) August (Tokyo) and 18(Sun) August (Osaka) is the seven-member boy group RIIZE, who, despite only debuting last year, are already attracting a great deal of attention for their members’ sophisticated visuals and topical songs and performances.

Also newly confirmed to perform at the Tokyo venue on 17 August (Sat) is rapper PUNPEE, who also appeared at last year’s SONICMANIA and the first day of SUMMER SONIC “SUMMIT All Stars”, and who brought a lot of excitement to the venue! In addition, Tempalay, a three-piece band that captivates fans with its unique world view and creative musicality, electro duo FIJI BLUE, whose dense chill sound is appealing, and dreamy pop songs written from a bedroom in Copenhagen, will also perform. Singer/songwriter Miina Okabe, whose dreamy pop songs are written from her bedroom in Copenhagen, female artist LANA, whose lyrics about teenage reality have garnered support from Generation Z, actor Moeka Kamishiraishi, whose voice is known as the “voice that stops time”, and her creative project adieu, which includes songwriting and dance choreography. Ayumu Imazu, an artist who handles everything from songwriting to dance choreography himself and has garnered attention for his high-quality music, has been confirmed to perform. Additional performers for the Tokyo venue on 18 (Sun) August are the rock band BLUE ENCOUNT, known for their straightforward words, musicality and passionate live performances, and track-maker STUTS, whose abilities have been proven through collaborations with numerous artists,
And never young beach, a band with a rare sound that evokes a sense of nostalgia,
Paledusk is an up-and-coming new generation heavy rock band that has attracted attention from around the world with its completely new sound, and has also announced a deal with an overseas label,
The new generation alternative band CVLTE is characterised by its dark worldview and genre-less music.
Due to various circumstances, HIRAIDAI appearance dates have been changed to 17 Aug (Sat) in Tokyo and 18 Aug (Sun) in Osaka.

As announced on the official website recently, in order to ease the morning queue for entry, numbered ‘SUMMER SONIC Morning First Numbered Tickets’ will be available from around July, allowing entry to the stage area as soon as the doors open. (*Tokyo only, separate admission ticket required. Limited number of tickets)

Currently, 2-DAY tickets, 1-DAY tickets for each day and platinum tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the planned number of tickets has been reached, the tickets will be sold out, so be quick! For more information, please check the official ticket page.
