SUMMER SONIC is finally approaching in the middle of next month and summer is already in full swing, but we are pleased to announce additional domestic artists, including the Opening Act for SUMMER SONIC Tokyo.This time, all the performers for both SUMMER SONIC Tokyo and Osaka have been confirmed.

On 17 Aug (Sat) in Tokyo, (sic)boy will appear at Mountain with a rare presence with a style that incorporates elements of alternative, emo and loud rock, as well as the melodic flow found in J-rock, into hip-hop.
As an opening act, Apes, a Japanese rock band that pursues new music with a unique style that evokes the universal appeal of rock, and idom, a multi-creator of the new generation who not only produces music, vocals and raps, but also produces videos and illustrations. The dance team avantgardey, produced by choreographer akane, has gained worldwide popularity on TikTok and Instagram as the "mysterious group of uniformed wackos" and reached the final of America's Got Talent in 2023. With a total of over 3 million followers on social networking sites, their performances are a must-see not only in Japan but also internationally.

On 18 (Sun) August in Tokyo, mikah, a singer-songwriter with a beautiful voice who is already a hot topic of conversation and is expected to make further breakthroughs in Asia and globally, will perform a rare live show.
The opening act on the same day will be Leina, a talented singer-songwriter who has self-produced not only her music but also all of her artwork and video works, and is extremely popular amongst Generation Z.
The talented three-piece male band LET ME KNOW, whose nostalgic modern sound has gained support not only from Generation Z but also from a wide range of age groups, is already gaining popularity in Asia and beyond.
