About the Hyogo Gokoku Sake Breweries Association
Hyogo Prefecture has been made up of five provinces since ancient times, each with its own unique and wonderful regional culture and climate, and each has used its own local rice and water to brew sake in the traditions of its people. The sake breweries and cultures of each of these five countries are presented to as many people as possible.
