Wristband exchange times (tentative) are as follows.

✔ Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park Central Parking Lot Wristband exchange point - scheduled to start at 9am on the day of the event.
✔ Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park East Parking Lot Wristband exchange point - scheduled to start at 11am on the day of the event.
✔Shuttle bus drop-off point: Exchange when getting off the shuttle bus.
✔JTB Official Tour Bus: Exchange when you get off the bus.

*Schedules may be brought forward depending on congestion.
*Waiting all night around the venue, waiting to enter or taking up space is prohibited.
*Sheets, luggage, etc. used to take up space will be removed and disposed of.
*The organisers will not manage them at all. Please be aware of this beforehand.
*The above actions may cause inconvenience to neighbouring residents and may affect the event. In the event of malicious behaviour or violation of the rules set by the organisers, the admission ticket may be invalidated.
*Please arrive at the venue on the performance date and day indicated on your ticket.
*One wristband will be exchanged for one ticket per person. No substitute exchanges are allowed.

The shuttle bus (with one drink) is one of the best ways to get to the venue in comfort. Please take advantage of this service.

◎For visitors planning to come by taxi or transport
Boarding and disembarking on the roads around the perimeter of Expo Park not only causes traffic congestion, but is also a nuisance to the neighbourhood. It can also cause traffic accidents and is strictly prohibited.
There is a pick-up and drop-off point in the south parking lot of the Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park (3 Senri Banpaku Koen, Suita, Osaka 565-0826, Japan).

*Parking is not allowed. Only temporary stops for boarding and alighting are permitted.
Drivers must never leave their vehicles.
*Vehicles parked on the perimeter road will be asked to leave at any time.
*Please always follow the instructions of the security guards.
*Areas are limited and may not be available.
*On the day of the performance only, the area is available from 8:00 to 23:00.

◎Return information

As the end of the show (after 8pm) approaches, the stations near the venue are expected to be crowded, so please take into account how long it takes you to get home and plan accordingly.
Please plan your cloakroom pick-up accordingly.
Please do not use apps or other means to dispatch taxis.
Due to congestion in the area, it is not possible to merge.
If you need a taxi ride, please use the taxi drop-off point in the Expo Commemorative Park South Car Park.

From 6pm, a shuttle bus will run from the Expo Commemorative Park Central Parking Lot to Senri Chuo Station.

◎Emergency shelters.

Each stage area is equipped with a lightning protection dome (PDCE).
Unlike conventional lightning rods, the lightning dome (PDCE) is a suppression type lightning rod that protects a certain area in order to increase the probability of avoiding lightning.

In the event of stormy weather and unforeseen circumstances, please follow the instructions of the personnel and remain calm.
Please leave the area under or near tents and trees as soon as possible, as there is a high risk of lightning strikes.

In the event of severe thunderstorms and other predictions, the performance will be temporarily suspended and you will be advised to take emergency shelter. As soon as the evacuation site is ready, we will start guiding people to the evacuation site. In such cases, all power to the stage will be cut and it may take some time for the power to be restored. Performances will resume as soon as we are ready to resume. As soon as we are ready to reopen, we will announce the situation via public announcement by our staff and the app.

Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park has been designated as a wide-area evacuation site in the event of an earthquake or fire. If you feel something unusual, please do not panic, but secure your own safety away from the stage and other temporary structures. If necessary, staff will begin to make announcements and provide guidance.
