We would like to inform you that, following the incident of staff members falling ill on Sunday, August 18th at Tokyo venue of SUMMER SONIC 2024, the health department’s investigation confirmed cases of food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus aureus, detected at the facility where the meals were prepared. As a result, administrative action has been taken against the facility.

We are pleased to report that all affected individuals are currently on the path to recovery.

We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern caused to the impacted staff, our partners, and customers. Moving forward, we are committed to implementing the highest standards of safety management to prevent any recurrence.
